A NEW ACQUISITION!

EXCITING NEWS: If you've been a part of Chabad during these past few years, you know all too well the impact the neighboring residential property has on Chabad and our ability to operate.

So it is with much excitement and heartfelt thanks to Almighty G-d, we are announcing that Chabad is presently in contract to purchase this important property. Yes, the very residential property adjacent to Chabad that was a source of so much drama for our community will, please G-d, soon become our own!

The property's strategic location is an invaluable acquisition for Chabad. At the present time, the modest sized residence (1835 sq. ft. home / 9583 sq. ft. lot) will serve as a residence for the Resnick family with many future expansion opportunities and plans down the road, please G-d.

Friends, we still need $300,000 for the down payment and closing costs.

A member of our community with a big heart has offered a $150,000 contribution which needs to be matched by donations from the community.

We are a strong and charitable community and we CAN raise the funds to close this important deal!

As 2021 comes to a close, we know many of you make generous year-end contributions. Yes, it's not exactly the end of the year yet, but we are asking you to please consider digging deeper this year.

Please consider adding to that annual donation so that together, as one community, we make this dream purchase a reality.
