    This Vinyasa Yoga series will build your strength & flexibility and leave you feeling strengthened, energized, and inspired - physically, mentally, and spiritually. By linking breath and movement, you will come away with a good workout woven with a focus on Jewish values: kindness, truth, compassion, and mindfulness. This all-level class is suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
    Instructor - Delia Cooper: Delia fell in love with yoga 12 years ago after it helped her heal from running injuries. She completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training and is passionate about finding a deeper connection to our own true selves and others through yoga. Delia currently teaches Vinyasa yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates at Joya Yoga. She is excited to be teaching yoga within her own Jewish community of women.
